A proof is included after payment, but if you need to see a rendered mock-up first for internal approval, our design team will produce one on request — email sales@letsconnectcard.com with a brief.
What logo file formats work best for engraving?
Vector (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) always beats raster. If you only have a PNG or JPG, upload it anyway — we will re-draw the logo as vector for laser-engraving at no additional cost inside Canada.
Can the NFC chip point somewhere other than a Lets Connect profile?
Yes. The chip can point at any URL — your own site, a specific landing page, a Calendly link, a WhatsApp business number, a wallet pass or a video. You can change the destination at any time from the dashboard.
Do you match Pantone or brand-book colours precisely?
For printed finishes (PVC, wood) we colour-match to Pantone spot on request. For engraved metal we match by contrast and tone rather than pigment — the engraving is naked steel, not pigment.
