Custom Business Cards Canada — Logo, Colours, QR Placement and Free Design Proof
Custom Business Cards Canada from Lets Connect for professionals across Canada. Upload your logo, pick brand colours from a hex value, choose front/back QR placement, and see a live proof before anything is printed or engraved. Delivery in 3–5 business days, from CA$49. Every order includes a free design-proof round with a real human on our design team — no bot-generated mock-ups. Prices shown in CAD (CA$). Card and PayPal accepted; GST/HST added at checkout by province.
What you can customize
- Logo — SVG, PDF, PNG or AI. Vector preferred so it stays sharp at engraving resolution.
- Brand colours — enter a hex value or upload a brand-guideline PDF; we match Pantone on request.
- Typography — pick from a curated shortlist or upload a licensed brand font.
- QR code placement — front, back, corner or embossed into a design element.
- NFC target — your Lets Connect profile, a specific landing page, a wallet pass or a phone number.
- Reverse-side artwork — full-bleed image, brand pattern, or contact-details block.
- Finish — matte, gloss, brushed metal, PVD, wood or bamboo.
The proof workflow used across Canada
After your first customization submission, we return a rendered proof within two business days. You mark it up, we iterate — typically one or two rounds is enough. Nothing is manufactured until you sign off in writing. This is why the Canada agency and consultancy market treats us as the "custom" option rather than a template-only vendor.
Team ordering with shared branding
For teams headquartered in Canada, we lock the brand template once and let individual team members fill their own name, title and contact block through a share link. That way ten cards ship from a single order without ten separate design tickets. Priced in CAD (CA$) with tiered bulk discounts.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I get a design proof before paying in CAD (CA$)?
- A proof is included after payment, but if you need to see a rendered mock-up first for internal approval, our design team will produce one on request — email sales@letsconnectcard.com with a brief.
- What logo file formats work best for engraving?
- Vector (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) always beats raster. If you only have a PNG or JPG, upload it anyway — we will re-draw the logo as vector for laser-engraving at no additional cost inside Canada.
- Can the NFC chip point somewhere other than a Lets Connect profile?
- Yes. The chip can point at any URL — your own site, a specific landing page, a Calendly link, a WhatsApp business number, a wallet pass or a video. You can change the destination at any time from the dashboard.
- Do you match Pantone or brand-book colours precisely?
- For printed finishes (PVC, wood) we colour-match to Pantone spot on request. For engraved metal we match by contrast and tone rather than pigment — the engraving is naked steel, not pigment.
- Can teams in Canada share one branded template?
- Yes. Lock a template once, then send a share link to each team member. Everyone customises their own name, title and links, all orders ship in a single CAD (CA$) invoice with the same brand look.
