Returns

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.

Condition:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Inspection:

  • Once the return is received, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Timing may vary based on your payment provider.

Shipping

Return Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Deductions:

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, initiate a return and place a new order.
