    The terms that govern your use of Lets Connect Card products and services.

    1. Who we are

    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and Lets Connect Card LTD (registered in England & Wales, trading as "Lets Connect"), registered office at 107 Sunbeam Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 4PG, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"), and, for orders shipped inside India, Lets Connect Card LLP (GSTIN 36AALFL6263B1ZC). By placing an order or creating an account you accept these Terms.

    2. The service

    Lets Connect supplies (a) physical NFC business cards, review cards, stickers, stands, plaques and wristbands and (b) an associated digital profile hosted at letsconnectcard.com with optional CRM, analytics, bookings, lead capture and templates. Free, one-time and subscription tiers apply as shown on the products page.

    3. Orders, pricing and taxes

    • Prices are shown in the local currency for your storefront and include applicable taxes for consumer sales inside the UK, EU and India, except where stated otherwise at checkout.
    • For orders shipped inside India, GST is applied and the invoice carries our GSTIN 36AALFL6263B1ZC.
    • For orders shipped outside the UK/EU/India, prices are exclusive of any local import duties or taxes payable on arrival, which are your responsibility.
    • We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if a material error affects your order.

    4. Right of withdrawal & refunds

    UK and EU consumers have a statutory right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, except where the product has been personalised (engraved, printed with your logo or programmed with your unique profile URL) — in which case the statutory cooling-off period does not apply.     5. Acceptable use of the digital profile

    You agree not to use your Lets Connect profile to (a) impersonate any other person, (b) publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content, (c) send unsolicited commercial messages, (d) collect personal data without a lawful basis, or (e) circumvent our security measures. We may suspend a profile that breaches this section.

    6. Intellectual property

    The Lets Connect name, logo, card designs, software and website content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the personal content, branding and links you publish on your profile and grant us a limited licence to host and display them for the purpose of operating the service.

    7. Warranties and liability

    • Physical cards carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Replacements are free of charge on return of the defective card.
    • The digital profile is provided on an "as available" basis with target uptime of 99.5%.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the price you paid for the affected order and £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK, EU or Indian consumer law.

    8. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales — save that consumers resident in the EU, India or elsewhere retain the benefit of any mandatory local consumer-protection rules and local jurisdiction that apply to them.

    9. EU online dispute resolution

    EU consumers may submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We participate in that platform on a voluntary basis.

    11. Intended audience

    Lets Connect is a professional networking product intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly market to, sell to, or collect personal information from children under 16 in the UK/EU, under 13 in the United States (COPPA), or under 18 in India (DPDP Act) and other jurisdictions that require parental consent. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@letsconnectcard.com and we will delete the account and associated data.
