How much do company business cards cost?

Brand Presence is £99 one-time per card, or £2.99 per month. Business Add-ons — with CRM, brochures and lead capture — is £199 one-time or £4.99 per month. Yearly plans are £29 and £49.

What is the difference between one-time and monthly?

One-time is a lifetime licence for that card: pay once, no renewals. Monthly and yearly are subscriptions per person that you can cancel or reassign as your team changes.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order one card or five hundred — pricing is per team member, and volume discounts apply from 25 cards.

Do we have to supply the design?

No. Share your existing artwork if you have it, or our team will design the card for you and send a proof before printing. Either way our team gets back to you to confirm.

Can we reassign a card when someone leaves?

Yes. Deactivate the leaver, then assign the same card to their replacement from the dashboard — no reprint needed.

What material are the cards?

PVC only — 760-micron NFC PVC cards. We do not offer wood or metal, so every card in your company matches exactly.

Do the cards work on all phones?

Yes. NFC works on modern iPhone and Android handsets, and a printed QR code on the back covers anything older.
